  • The price are calculated based on the length of the clip per minute. Additional secounds are counted to one minute.
  • Adding a 3-year license or worldwide territory will be additional 25% charge on top of the standard rate.

Terms of Service:

  • Operating Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 7:30 pm (UTC+7)
  • After hours our phone is covered by an automated answering service. You may leave a message, and our Call Center officer will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • We will answer any queries complaints within 24 hours.
  • The producer whose program has been complained will be notified by letter or email. In case of critical issues, we will shortly give a written notice to the involved working team, or within 15 days of the complaint date, to ensure a prompt resolving.
